1. Eligibility:
* This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.
* Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees and immediate family members of Bag Boy, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on November 18, 2024 and ends on November 24, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).
4. How to Enter:
* Fill out the form and provide your contact information.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
* One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
* The winner will be notified via email on November 25, 2024.
* The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Prizes:
* The winner will receive a Nitron Auto-Open Push Cart and a Chiller Hybrid Stand Bag.
* Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
7. Privacy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Bag Boy is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest:
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, Bag Boy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.
