Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Position Objective
Dynamic Brands is looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, VA. The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more) for brands within the Dynamic Brands portfolio by working with influencers, creating content and implementing social strategy to grow engagement and increase following and awareness of the brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Track social media performance across multiple channels and report on key metrics.
- Optimize social media strategy to grow engagement and following across all brand channels.
- Develop engaging content for all social media platforms.
- Create social media images, graphics and videos using Canva and CapCut, or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Attend industry events and product live social media content to drive engagement.
- Effectively maintain unique brand voices across various social media brand channels.
- Create and own the social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Qualifications/Skills
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools, like Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, like CapCut and Canva.
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
- Proven copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Outgoing, confident and a self-starter personality.
- Comfortable getting out of the office and filming social content locally.
- Comfortable being on camera.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2-4 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
- Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta for Business, etc.)
- Direct experience with CapCut and Canva
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) a plus.
- Golf experience preferred, industry or personal love of the game
- Paid social media ads experience not required, but preferred
- Willingness to travel between 4-6 times per year
